29 CFR 1926.352(c): Welding, cutting, or heating was done where the application of flammable paints, or the presence of other flammable compounds, or heavy dust concentrations created a hazard: On or about December 19, 2013 at the worksite located at the University Medical Center employees were exposed to a flash fire when a propane torch was used in the presence of pure oxygen in an excavation.
