Worksite: The employee who was working from the high pitch roof above six feet was not protected from fall hazards by the use guardrails, safety nets or a personal fall arrest system. S & B Valdovinos Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 817102, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 2/5/2013 with respect to a workplace located at 5220 S. 76th St., Greendale, WI and became a final order on 3/4/2013.
