Airline Hwy, Gonzales, LA:  On or about December 11, 2013, the employer did not ensure that employee(s) wore safety harnesses when working from the bucket of a JLG aerial lift.  Employee(s) engaged in painting operations at elevated heights were exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet above ground level.
