29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: The aisles that lead to exit(s) in the following areas were cluttered with totes of merchandise and not at least 28 inches side at all points: Second Floor: a) Stock Room Main Aisle: A box across from women's 8 1/2-sized shoe rack was 8 1/4 inches wide. b) Stock Room: The last aisle in Men's clothing section was 15 inches in width in various locations. c) Stock Room: The aisle where three boxes of merchandise located across the Stock and Logistics section near the freight elevator area was 20 1/4 inches in width. d) Corridor between the employee break room and the offices was narrowed to 25 3/4 inches by racks of clothes that extended approximately 75 feet. e) Corridor between offices and means of egress to the exit where boxes were stacked along the wall was 23 inches wide.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: In the following areas, boxes of merchandise were stacked above head height and in an unstable manner: a) Second Floor Stock Room: Cardboard tote boxes of shoes were stacked as high as 85 inches. b) First Floor Stock Room: Cardboard tote boxes of purses were stacked as high as 80.5 inches.
