The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 306193871, citation number 1, item number 3B and was affirmed as a final order on 08/04/2009, with respect to a workplace located at National Park Service-Usvi National Park, 1300 Cruz Bay Creek, St. John, VI 00830.
