29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver did not look in the direction of, and/or keep a clear view of the path of travel:  (a) 140 Leominster-Shirley Rd Lunenburg,MA: On or about October 23, 2013, an employee operating a powered industrial vehicle in reverse struck another employee because he was not looking in the direction of travel as required by this subpart:   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
