29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings and other structures: Location: 40, 34, 28, 22, So. 9th Street, Brooklyn, NY. a) Accumulated construction debris on the ground outside building units were causing tripping hazard to employees. On or about 12/04/2013 The Bayport Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.25(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 608558, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/04/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 60 Hoyt Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201.
