Located in the pallet area at ISO Technologies at 1870 James Parkway in Heath, Ohio, employees were required to operate a Hitachi 10" compound miter saw, model number C10FCE2, serial number, C0200144 that was not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving, thereby exposing the employees to a laceration or amputation hazard.
