29 CFR 1910.213(f)(1): Feed rolls and saws on self-feed circular saw(s) were not protected by a hood or guard to prevent the hands of the operator from coming in contact with the in running rolls:    a) Mill Area - On or prior to December 20, 2013,  employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while operating a self-feed circular rip saw (scmi Via Casale 384-47040 V. Verucchio (Fo))  without adequate guarding to protect employees from contact with rotating outfeed rolls and saw blade.
