29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) For employees working at 930 Carter Road #317, Winter Garden, FL 34787 as observed on or about 01-30-2014 no written hazard communication program was developed, implemented and maintained. Some of the chemicals that were used by the employees during the spray painting process included but were not limited to AMTECH Glamour Clear Activator and AMTECH 4.2 Glamour Clear. Main ingredients to these chemicals included but were not limited to n-Buryl Acetate, Xylene, Polymeric Isocyanate, Hexamethylene Diisocyanate.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2): The employer did not develop and implement a respiratory protection program in accordance with sections i and ii of this paragraph (c)(2) for employees who chose to wear respirators where respirator use was not required: (a) For employees working in the paint booth at 930 Carter Road #317, Winter Garden, FL 34787 as observed on or about 01-30-2014 . Employees are offered a 3M dual cartridge mask without having been provided the Appendix D information and no written respiratory protection program was in place to ensure that employees who chose to use the respiratory were medically able to do so. The 3M dual cartridge mask is used by employees while spray painting with AMTECH Glamour Clear Activator and AMTECH 4.2 Glamour Clear. Main ingredients to these chemicals included but were not limited to n-Buryl Acetate, Xylene, Polymeric Isocyanate, Hexamethylene Diisocyanate.
