Storage was not in accordance with Table H-14 or H-15 and in buildings or in portions of such buildings cut off by standard firewalls:                        a) On or about December 18, 2013, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards because at least 550 gallons of flammable liquids such as Methyl Isobutyl Carbinol were stored outside of an approved fire cabinet or inside storage room and were not separated from other buildings or facilities by a standard firewall.

29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:      a)  On or about December 18, 2013, and at times prior, employees were exposed to eye injuries while handling corrosive chemicals such as Flottec 534 Collector, hydrated lime, copper sulfate, and sodium hydroxide without access to a suitable eyewash facility in the immediate area.
