Web offset presses: on or about December 23, 2013, an authorized employee locking out gluer unit on the Heidelberg Harris M600 for removing a drive unit, or changing counters on Harris M100L was not inspected periodically (at least once per year) to ensure his level of proficiency in the hazardous energy control procedures implemented by the employer to ensure sufficient level of protection and compliance. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
