29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level: Front of building: On or about December 23, 2013, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while using a six foot Werner self-supporting ladder, in the closed position, while installing a window. The ladder was set-up on the outside perimeter of the house, in dirt which was ungraded and not level.
