29 CFR 1926.1000(d): Rollover Protective Structures (ROPS) removed for any reason, were not remounted with equal quality, or better, bolts or welding as required for the original mounting:    a)  On or about December 20, 2013, subcontractor employees were using a Kubota KX121-3 without the ROPS installed while performing excavation work.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
