29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about December 30, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing maintenance operations on a display sign from a Vehicle-mounted Telescopic Boom Aerial Lift basket was not secured to the basket by the use of a lanyard, thereby exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
