(a) Warehouse: On or about 23DEC13, a panelboard board cover was bent at the edges exposing the live conductors within to inadvertent contact by employees.  (b) Warehouse: On or about 23DEC13, two panelboard board covers had missing key tumblers in the latches leavings an opening in the front of the panel.

The Marine Corps Community Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 281063, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on May 17, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 45233 Anteres Drive, Bldg. 2760 & Camp Elliot, San Diego, CA 92145.
