They shall be of rigid construction and designed to be adjustable to compensate for wheel wear. Work rests were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch to prevent the work from being jammed between the wheel and the rest, which may cause wheel breakage:   In the carburetor shop, North side, on or about December 30, 2013 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck by hazard while using Beldor Bench Grinder (M#8107W-B, S# F677) with the work rest opening greater that one-eighth inch.
