29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): If at any time a powered industrial truck is found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe, the truck shall be taken out of service until it has been restored to safe operating condition.  a. On or about January 09, 2013, at the above located workplace, propane-powered fork lift trucks with defects or in any way unsafe had not been withdrawn from service until restored to safe operating condition:   Komatsu Model FG30SHT-12 SN: 555791A - Carbon monoxide emissions as approximately 9.47%, exceeding the recommended level of 1%.   Clark Model 0500 YS60 SN: Y355-1385-4324 - Carbon monoxide emissions as approximately 8.16%, exceeding the recommended level of 1%.  Komatsu Model FG15ST15 SN: 360253A - Carbon monoxide emissions as approximately 6.26%, exceeding the recommended level of 1%.  Clark Model GCS15 SN: G127-0330-9236KOF - Carbon monoxide emissions as approximately 5.30%, exceeding the recommended level of 1%.
