29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: (a) For the two-gang electrical outlet at the detailing area at 10010 North Florida Ave in Tampa (FL), as observed on or about 01/09/2014. The outlet supplied power for the electric power-wash and vacuum used by employees when detailing automobiles. The outlet was supposed to be GFI protected but testing indicated there was no ground.

29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: (a) For the two-gang electrical outlet at the detailing area at 10010 North Florida Ave in Tampa (FL), as observed on or about 01/09/2014. The outlet, which was located in a wet process area, was missing the cover which protected the circuits from water during the car washing process.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) for the elctrical power cord on the blue Hoover vacuum in the car detailing area located at 10010 North Florida Ave in Tampa (FL), as observed on or about 01/09/2014. There were several breaks in the outer insulation of the power cord which made the internal, insulated conductors susceptible to damage.
