Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards while raising a pre-built wall into the vertical position and lost control. (a) MACN Construction, LLC, at 5049 Valentia St., #105, Denver, CO 80238: On and before December 16, 2013, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards while raising a pre-built wall exterior wall into the vertical position and lost control. The wall fell, striking two workers, resulting in injuries to the first worker's legs and head and injuries to the second worker's legs.
