29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: At the site located at 5200 Pointe West Circe in Richmond, TX; employees worked from a pump jack scaffold that was missing a guardrail to protect employees from an open side. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards.
