29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    At the rear of the building being roofed, on the west side of the roof, employees installing tiles on a 5 in 12 pitch roof were not protected against falls from the roof. Employees wore harnesses but were not provided with a horizontal lifeline or other suitable anchorage.
