Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a crushing hazard:     a) Warehouse 2 aisle 5: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had missing vertical uprights in sections 70530 and the section beginning with the number 70510, on or about 1/2/14.      b) Warehouse 2 aisle 5: Employees were exposed to racks storing products  that had damaged vertical uprights in sections  beginning with the number 7055 and 7054, on or about 1/2/14.     c) Warehouse 2 aisle 6: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had  a damaged vertical upright in section 70824, on or about 1/2/14.     d) Warehouse 2 aisle 7: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had damaged vertical uprights in sections 70764, 70732 and the sections beginning with 7076, 2070 and 2076, on or about 1/2/14.     e) Warehouse 2 aisle 7: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had missing vertical uprights in sections 70760, 70744, 70740, 20726 and the section beginning with 7070, on or about 1/2/14.       f) Warehouse 2 aisle 10: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had damaged vertical uprights in sections 71052 and 71056 and the sections beginning with  21006 and 21002, on or about 1/2/14.         g) Warehouse 2 aisle 11: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had a missing vertical upright in section 21138 and the sections beginning with the numbers 7113 and 71112, on or about 1/2/14.         h) Warehouse 2 aisle 12: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had damaged vertical uprights in sections 71278, 71274 and 71270, on or about 1/2/14.         i) Warehouse 3 aisle 4: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had damaged vertical uprights in sections beginning with numbers 72536 and 725, on or about 1/2/14.         j) Warehouse 3 aisle 5: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had damaged vertical uprights in sections beginning with the number 7246, on or about 1/2/14.          k) Warehouse 3 aisle 9: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had damaged vertical uprights on the end caps of the aisle, on or about 1/2/14.          l) Warehouse 3 aisle 12: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had damaged vertical uprights in sections 72242 and 72238, on or about 1/2/14.          m) Warehouse 3 aisle 14: Employees were exposed to racks storing products that had damaged vertical uprights in sections beginning with the numbers 72212, 7221 and 7214, on or about 1/2/14.     NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
