29 CFR 1926.252(a): Whenever materials are dropped more than 20 feet to any point lying outside the exterior walls of the building, an enclosed chute of wood, or equivalent material, was not used:    (a) 69 Suffolk St Holyoke, MA: On or about December 16, 2013, a worker was throwing roofing debris from the 7th story deck to the ground below without using a chute which is not in accordance with this subpart.
