29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: On or about January 3, 2014, a ANSUL dry chemical fire extinguisher, YE232239, was discharged. The fire extinguisher was located in front of the lower doghouse found in the place provided for a fire extinguisher by the door.
