29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   (a)  On or about 1/7/14, employees in the kitchen were exposed to injurious corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, QuickLine TKO Oven and Grill Cleaner (sodium hydroxide), and there was no eyewash within the work area for immediate emergency use in accordance with this subpart.   (b)  On or about 1/7/14, housekeeping employees using the Farrell Haven custodian closet were exposed to injurious corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, Cen-Kleen IV Disinfectant, and there was no eyewash within the work area for immediate emergency use in accordance with this subpart.
