29 CFR 1910.36(e)(2): The door that connects any room to an exit route did not swing out in the direction of exit travel when the room is a high hazard area: a) 2286 Route 22 West, Union, NJ 07083: Employees were observed working in an office with an exit door that did not swing in the direction of travel to access the room that contained the emergency exit. Employees were working utilizing space heaters in close proximity to paper files, which could easily be ignited. Condition observed on or about January 8, 2014.
