29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: (a) Laundry: On or about January 8, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were to exposed to the hazards of working with sodium hydroxide crystals, 12pH, where the workplace hazards had not been fully assessed by the employer.
