29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:    (a) GB Construction at 8522 E 49th Pl, Denver, CO 80238:  On December 16, 2013 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee installing roof sheeting on the second level roof on a two-story residential home was not utilizing a fall protection system.  The pitch of the roof was 6-in-12.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet.
