29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about January 3, 2014, employees installing trim board around the air conditioning systems on top of the roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 37 feet to the ground below.
