29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. On or about January 7, 2014, on the south side of the construction site, employees engaged in roofing activities on a commercial building worked without fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet.
