29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) with defect(s) or in any way unsafe had not been withdrawn from service until restored to safe operating condition(s):        The following conditions were noted throughout the facility:                a)  Hyster 906 powered industrial truck was operating with the left light not working.        b) Komatsu 30 powered industrial truck  was operating without a working horn.        c) Hyster 905 powered industrial truck  was operating with no lights working.        d) Hyster Orignal powered industrial truck was operating with the right light not working and the horn not working.        e) Green Clark powered industrial truck was operating without a working horn.        f)  Clark 25 powered industrial truck was operating with the right light not working.         g) Nissan 50 powered industrial truck was operating without working front lights.
