29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) Plant - On or about 01/08/14 workers came in contact with chemicals including (but not limited to) liquified petroleum gas (LPG) in cylinders, compressed argon gas in cylinders,  Radnor nozzle gel, Work Day enamel spray paint in aerosol, Radnor anti-spatter and nozzle shield in aerosol, and Diesel fuel. The employer did not train the employees in relation to the Hazard Communication Program, and the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals(GHS). (December 1, 2013 first compliance date for training on Labeling Elements and a standardized format for Safety Data Sheets (SDSs)).
