Or in the alternative: 29 CFR 1910.106(b)(1)(i)(b): Tanks located above ground or inside buildings were not built of noncombustible materials: a) Plant - The employer collected gasoline from automobile tanks in a 275 G plastic intermediate bulk container (IBC) made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) (combustible material). In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
