29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(iii): Flammable or combustible liquid containers were not in accordance with Table H12:    a) Yard - The employer collected gasoline from automobile tanks  in a 275 G plastic Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC), which was not approved as a portable tank for Category I flammable liquids.     Or in the alternative:    29 CFR 1910.106(b)(1)(i)(b): Tanks located above ground or inside buildings were not built of noncombustible materials:    a) Plant - The employer collected gasoline from automobile tanks in a 275 G plastic intermediate bulk container (IBC) made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) (combustible material).     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected.    a) Yard -  Automobile gasoline tanks were drained into portable storage tanks. The discharge hose nozzle  and the receiving container were not electrically bonded.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

(2.0 in. and 3.0 in. diameter, respectively).     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
