29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee a. On or about January 9, 2014, on the west side of the building, a body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket of an aerial lift was not worn while an employee used the lift to distribute material to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor of the building, exposing the employee to a 35-foot fall hazard.
