29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(A)(1): When a vehicle was in transit with its structure lowered, the clearance between the vehicle and energized overhead lines was less than 4 feet (122 cm): (a) 1499 Route 1 North, Rahway, NJ 07065. The employee was allowed to drive a Fuchs 350 Loading machine with the boom lowered, along the truck route outside the Residue Building when he struck energized power lines. Incident occurred on or about 01/13/14.
