29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv): The Exposure Control Plan was not reviewed and updated at least annually: (a) U.S. Army Garrison, Detroit Arsenal, fire and EMS personnel performing duties including, but not limited to rendering first-aid and basic life support, rescue activities, and accident scene clean up and investigation were exposed to the hazards of blood borne disease, and the employer did not review and update the exposure control plan annually to reflect changes in personnel. (b) U.S. Army Garrison, Detroit Arsenal, police and security employees performing duties including, but not limited to rendering first-aid, detaining and searching suspects were exposed to the hazards of blood borne disease, and the employer did not review and update the exposure control plan annually to reflect changes in policies and procedures.
