This exposes employees to possible electrical fire hazards.    (b)  Administrative work area;  A Lasko heater was plugged into a relocatable power tap, violating the power taps UL listing and labeling.  The UL listing states that relocatable power taps are designed for low amperage computer and audiovisual types of equipment, and not appliances.  This exposes employees to possible electrical fire hazards.    (c)   Break Room, Lunchroom, A black Black and Decker toaster was plugged into a relocatable power tap, violating the power taps UL listing and labeling.  The UL listing states that relocatable power taps are designed for low amperage computer and audiovisual types of equipment, and not appliances.
