29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): On offhand grinding machines, work rests were not used to support the work and/or were not kept adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch to prevent the work from being jammed between the wheel and the rest, which may cause wheel breakage. Job site located at 95955 Navaho Road, Ravenna, NE 68869-The Jet 8" Bench Grinder in the maintenance area of the facility did not have the work rest adjusted within 1/8th inch of the grinding stone.
