29 CFR 1910.107(b)(10): Illumination. When spraying areas are illuminated through glass panels or other transparent materials, only fixed lighting units shall be used as a source of illumination. Panels shall effectively isolate the spraying area from the area in which the lighting unit is located, and shall be of a noncombustible material of such a nature or so protected that breakage will be unlikely. Panels shall be so arranged that normal accumulations of residue on the exposed surface of the panel will not be raised to a dangerous temperature by radiation or conduction from the source of illumination.   a)Spray Paint Booth: On or about January 1st, 2014 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees chemical inhalation hazards and to fire and explosion hazards by permitting employee to performed painting and clear coating operations without effectively isolating the spraying area from the lighting unit.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a)Paint booth and area:  On or about January 14th, 2014, and prior to, the employer exposed employees to inhalation hazards from chemicals in paints to include aliphatic polyisocyanate and do not have a written respiratory protection program to include annual fit tests, medical evaluations and training on respirators and respirator care, maintenance and storage and were provided with half mask respirators.
