29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about January 15, 2013 and times prior thereto, employees of Brooks Hardwood Products performed wood cabinet manufacturing in the milling department located at or near 364 Brooks Drive in Pottsville, Arkansas. An unused opening was observed in an electrical box installed on the side of the Powermatic table saw (model 66).
