29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Location: Worksite Employees were exposed to ProMasonry Type N Mortar Mix, which is very alkaline and corrosive, with a pH of 12.0. In addition, they were exposed to a concrete cleaning product containing concentrated hydrogen chloride. No handwashing or quick drenching facilities were available to wash the skin and eyes in case of contact.

29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): The employer did not provide adequate washing facilities for employees engaged in the application of paints, coatings, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants may be harmful to the employees. Such facilities were not in near proximity to the worksite and were not equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances: Location: Worksite The employer did not provide washing facilities with soap and water when MSDSs specifically stated the need for such facilites in case of skin contact. Such chemicals included: 1) Ready Mix Joint Compound 2) ProMasonry Type N Mortar Mix 3) Bituthene Primer WP-3000 4) Sure Kleen 600 Detergent
