This employee had not received any fall protection training at the time of the worksite inspection. Condition observed on or about 01/08/14. b- 10 Midtown Circle, Lakewood NJ: An employee, not supplied with fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 17 feet 5 inches to the ground surface below when performing siding installation and other related activities less than six feet from unprotected edges of a building's porch roof. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
