29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: a. In the water treatment area, a holding container of Ferric Chloride Solution (health hazard rating of #3; serious eye/skin burn possible), was mislabeled with a numerical rating of #2. (A fire rating was also assigned to the container although there was no fire hazard presented by the chemical product.) Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
