The Dwyer monometer mounted on the spray booth was inoperative during spray painting operations involving the use of flammable solvents to include but not limited to hexane. The spray booth filters were coated with overspray and needed replacement. Employees use flammable solvents to include but not limited to hexane during spray painting operations.
