29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer: a) Jobsite, Lot # 202, Duckhorn Drive, Moon Township, PA: On or about January 15, 2014, 2 employees were installing the ridge vent at the peak of a residential roof at heights of approximately 20 feet above the ground. The employees and the employer told the csho that they had been trained in fall protection, but the employer was not able to provide written documentation that they had been trained prior to the date of the inspection.
