29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) At the job site, on January 16, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees who moved eight-foot aluminum ladders, that had tools placed in the ladders' attachments, were provided head protection, in the form of a hard hat, from the potential of tools falling from above. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
