29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6)(iv):  The employer did not make sure everyone is clear of machinery before starting the engine, engaging power, or operating the machine.    a) On or about November 11, 2013, Agricultural Field at 325 N 400 West in Jerome, Idaho:  The employer did not ensure that employees working as truck drivers were clear of a John Deere 9600 Combine, Serial #H09600X662359, during corn harvesting and unloading operations of a 132 acre field.  Employees were exposed to working in areas within the blind spots of the John Deere Combine while transferring from empty to full trucks.    Abatement certification is required for this item.
