29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit must be marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g., closet).  a) Talking Book Publishers, Inc. at  1055 West Arizona Ave. Denver CO 80223:  On or before January 16, 2014,  the employer did not ensure that each doorway along the breezeway was marked "Not an Exit" or similar deisgnation or to be identifed by sign.   Three exterior doors lead to a fenced-in breezeway.  This condition potentially exposes the employees to a fire hazard, or any other emergency, in the event of an emergency evacuation.
