29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) On the Worksite - On or about January 15, 2014, the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on the physical and health hazards associated with the hazardous chemicals to which they were exposed while grinding the concrete floors, including but not limited to respirable silica dust. No abatement certification or documentation required.
